The film has been directed by Tom Harper and written by Steven Knight. Knight was talking about a Peaky Blinders movie prior to the sixth season airing, but delays were brought on by COVID. Netflix ultimately gave the project the green light in June 2024, with production starting in September and wrapping at the end of the year.
The highly anticipated Peaky Blinders feature film, now officially titled Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, has been set for theatrical release in select cinemas on March 6, 2026. Netflix will then debut the movie globally on the platform from March 20.
Stephen Graham’s Peaky Blinders replacement is coming back at the start of next year, and marketing for the hit series is kicking into high gear. Hulu has officially released the first teaser trailer for A Thousand Blows Season 2, which arrives on January 9.
