Miami Dolphins will be without safety Minkah Fitzpatrick in a Week 16 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. On Friday, the team ruled out the defensive back and listed five players as questionable. Among the Dolphins who are questionable are two players still on injured reserve: offensive lineman Andrew Meyer and kicker Jason Sanders.

Brooks has a league-leading 155 tackles and has played 844 snaps, which is 95.5 percent of the Dolphins’ defensive snaps. Fitzpatrick has played a team-best 845 snaps, which is 95.6 percent.
