When I do a weight routine, I split my muscle groups. Generally I'll separate it by day like: arms and chest, then a bodyrock routine, glutes and legs, bodyrock or treadmill, etc, and I'll do abs every other day and gentle yoga at night a few times a week.

For this range I shoot for 85-90% of my 1 rep max, to be used in working sets. Going by Baechle, 90% is my 4 rep max, so sometimes i'll try to use that and get an extra rep out.
