New Foxpro Spitfire or Used Foxpro FX3???I upgraded to the FX5 when it was introduced. Price was ridiculous if I remember right $699, I believe through FoxPro. Shortly after (and the guy at Fox Pro warned me) they came out with a few newer models that appeared to me to be as good or better that my FX5 for half the price, and you could download other sounds that were non-FoxPro with them. Hence ...
Beginning in 2005, there were changes to the fixed magnification scope lines, updating them to follow the current convention used by the VX series of scopes; all fixed magnification scopes now have an “FX” designation followed by a number indicating the combination of technologies used in that product.
Airgun takes backyard coyoteThat's a 25 caliber rifle made in Sweden. Brand and mod is FX Impact M3. I have tuned it to 970 fps in the past. Capable of a bit more. Bullet is 38.5 grains made by Nielsen Specialty Ammo. That rifle is modular. Takes multiple calibers up to. 35 which can take a deer in one blow, technically. Never done that, prefer my bow
Why are Airguns different? When you get into the higher end air rifles, you get all the various options of adjustable trigger, better accuracy and smoother to shoot. My friends own the FX air rifles. I think they have the FX Wildcat 2, Streamline and Crown. Light weight, super accurate and pneumatic. With the suppressors on them, you can't even hear them barely. You can get them in various ...
Long draw bow recommendation.I shot a Mathews FX (older) and this year got the Boss. I love it. It is super smooth and really steady at full draw. I was worried because it is a little heavier then a lot of the newer bows but it is very balanced and is not bad carrying all day. I have a buddy who has it as well and he loves his. hope it helps.
Others I found are the Leupold FX-II 4x33 ($300), Valdada IOR 4x32 ($360), and a steel/gloss version of the Weaver that would match the rifle perfectly, but costs $220 for the same optics.
For EDC I have a SOG Flash II, blackout tanto. For fixed blade, not hunting, a SOG KIKU FX - BLACKOUT MICARTA. Also have a SOG SEAL, and SOG SEAL Pup, but the KIKU FX is my go to fix blade. When hunting, attached to pack, a Browning Drop Point I have had for years. Great knife and really holds a great edge.
